Contract signing with power of attorney

How you can conclude legally valid contracts despite corona measures

If, due to current restrictions, the necessary personal presence (e.g. for notarial acts) is not possible, you can make use of a power of attorney, which enables us to act on your behalf and to coordinate the relevant procedures.

Despite corona measures, most lawyers and notaries are now able to maintain a well-organised minimum level of business operation, which is also legally permitted. All that is required is that the power of attorney is available electronically beforehand and is then submitted as original copy as quickly as possible.

Our legal experts are available at all times to provide you with necessary expertise.
